Sweatshop (Summer remix featuring Dé Palmeira) for De Staat

Hi,

As promised, a new track! It's a remix for Dutch group De Staat for their radio-hit Sweatshop. We got the idea to make it into a summerly bossa-nova popsong. Dé Palmeira, our friend from Rio de Janeiro put together a few bossa-style loops, played bass and that great nylon guitar. He's a master. That added to our KOKOS-flavor made frontman Torre from De Staat so happy, he decided to put it on his blog Ghostnotes. It's a weblog with B-sides from De Staat and other collaborations he's been working on. We are honoured to be featured on there. new website

It's been a while, we weren't missed.. only by few people. BUT we get out of our deep sleep every once in a while to do something nice. We will have some news coming up about a track we did that is gonna be 'published" on the internet for you to enjoy. We've been working on this off and on these last few months. A remix takes time to digest, to grow and we are lazy asses :)

There are plans to start working again on KOKOS. See where it leads us, what it brings. Main purpose; fun, getting together and make beautiful music. We've added Dé Palmeira from Rio de Janeiro to the clan. He will be showing up in our tracks a lot, giving us that South-American flavor :)
Our coming release will have all that, so wait.... it'll be here soon!

Radiohead- Nude

K O K O S worked together with Dé Palmeira on his remix for "Nude" by Radiohead. This remix is joining the competition Radiohead is having at their website.
